The Village of Ellicottville Zoning Board of Appeals is comprised of five-members who meet on the 1st Tuesday of each month to review and deliberate on appeals for variances to the Village Zoning Laws and Ordinances.

Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings
Unless otherwise posted, Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 5:30 P.M. at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731.
The submission deadline for a complete application is three weeks prior to a regular board meeting. Late submissions will be reviewed the following month. Please note that a complete application includes a Zoning Permit denied by the Zoning Official for non-compliance with the Village Zoning Laws.
Agendas are posted to the website approximately one week prior to the meeting. Material being reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals will be posted to the website prior to the meeting. Minutes are available following approval.
